"I am committed to leading with integrity, transparency, and a steadfast dedication to fairness for all New Mexicans."

Why am I running ?
Santa Fe County Clerk Katharine Clark took office in 2021. With extensive experience in managing organizations and events, she hit the ground running, modernizing the election process and improving the voter experience
After just her first two years in office, the Santa Fe County Clerk’s office is the most highly acclaimed Clerk’s office in New Mexico, having been honored by the Election Assistance Commission twice and won three National Association of Counties awards.
Santa Fe County continues to lead in posting election results quickly and is the highest turnout county among large New Mexico counties.
Clerk Clark has been a fierce supporter of voter protection legislation, testifying on behalf of several pieces of legislation that are now law in New Mexico.

My Top Three Priorities
Election Administration
I will oversee and supervise all elections in the state, ensuring their integrity and administering the Election Code. This includes preparing instructions for election conduct, advising county clerks and registration boards, and being responsible for the education and training of county clerks and voting machine technicians.
Business and Records Management
I will maintain business filings, commission notaries public, and safeguard important state records and historical documents. This also involves affixing the state seal to official documents and keeping records of bills signed into law.
I will regulate lobbyist activity, oversee campaign finance reporting, and implement systems for public disclosure of political and financial information. This priority focuses on making government more transparent and accessible to the public.
